Objectives/Services: The Paradigmas website has as its main objective to offer its users Paradigmas content – ​​online content and content updating.

3 – User Duties / Prohibited Uses
The user undertakes not to attack or unlawfully use the systems or the Paradigmas website, being held responsible and bearing all costs associated with illegal actions attributed to him. Among others, the following are considered unlawful actions:

a) Accessing an unauthorized area/account and respective information;
b) Test and assess system vulnerability and break installed security;
c) Install or attempt to install a virus on the portal;
d) Sending unsolicited emails that include promotions or advertising of products or services;

Paradigmas reserves the right to interrupt or suspend access to the website, for the period it deems necessary, for any technical, administrative, force majeure or other reasons. Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous number, Paradigmas cannot be held responsible for any suspension or interruption of access that may occur for reasons that are not attributable to it or which are attributable to mere negligence.

Users of the Paradigmas website declare and guarantee that they are perfectly aware of the characteristics and constraints, limitations and defects of the Internet, and in particular that data and information transmissions via the Internet only benefit from relative technical reliability, circulating in heterogeneous networks of characteristics and capabilities different techniques, which disrupt access or make it impossible at certain times. Without prejudice to the confidentiality commitment (which must be taken as an obligation of means) regarding the use of personal data (to learn about our policy on the use of personal data, click here and here), Paradigmas warns that there are risks related to Internet and databases, and it is possible that the personal data contained in the portal may be captured and/or transferred by third parties, namely in countries where the protection systems for personal databases are still in underdeveloped stages and where protection it is scarce and ineffective. When accessing the Paradigmas website, users must accept the risks inherent in their activity as an Internet user, namely the risk of possible transfer of open data.
