1 - Cookies: what are they?
Cookies are small text files stored on users' equipment (“Users”) when visiting certain websites (“Sites”). The use of this type of technology when accessing Websites is a common practice, it does not harm the Users' equipment (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) and the different browsers (browsers) allow each User to have the possibility to refuse its use and/or to delete those that have already been stored.

Cookies play an important role in the operation of the various Sites and in accessing different content, allowing us to understand how the Site is being used by its Users and facilitating the respective navigation, in order to ensure a better experience of using the Site.

2 - Why do we use cookies?
Paradigmas stores cookies that are used to improve the performance and experience of Users, under the legally permitted terms.

Cookies stored on the Paradigmas website are not used to record any personal or confidential information, nor to record Internet browsing outside the Paradigmas website.

Cookies stored on the Paradigmas website do not identify the User, but only the device used, and allow them to improve their browsing and use experience, for example, by helping us to associate their equipment with their preferences or by providing them with content that we understand they can be of interest to you.

3 - Cookie Categories
The cookies stored on the Paradigmas website are of three types:

Simple cookies: cookies that are necessary for the efficient functioning of the Paradigmas website. They record the user's trajectory during the visit without identifying him/her and are automatically deleted when leaving the Paradigmas website.

Persistent Cookies: These are cookies that are not essential for the functioning of the Paradigmas website, but allow the identification of Users whenever they access the pages, optimizing their browsing experience. These cookies are assigned a unique number that identifies the User when entering the Paradigmas website. Persistent cookies remain on the computer until deleted by the user.

Behavioral advertising cookies: These are cookies that allow the User to present advertising that is deemed suitable for their interests and tastes. For example, if you're a reader interested in articles about cars, you'll likely see ads about car-related services and products.

Other cookies or third-party cookies: these are cookies normally placed by third-party websites with the permission of the Paradigmas website, remembering that the user has already visited that same website.

In addition, the Paradigmas website may include pixel tags (pixel tags and web beacon pixels) that allow users to understand the use of the Paradigmas website. Pixel tags do not collect personal data and are used to, among other things, collect information about popular destinations.

4 - How to manage cookies
By continuing to browse the Paradigmas website, and unless you have disabled cookies, you consent to their use in accordance with this Cookies Policy. If you choose to disable cookies, all or some parts of the Paradigmas website may not function correctly and the browsing experience on the Paradigmas website may present considerable degradation.

Different browsers (browsers) allow you to view the existing cookies on your equipment and inhibit or delete, individually or completely, cookies.

To obtain and consult more information about cookies, their use and how to manage your cookie preferences, you can consult the specific help pages of the different browsers (browsers) or generic pages on this subject, for example:
